This role would see you take regional responsibility for a portfolio of parks, whose owners youâll work closely with on both a strategic and tactical level to make sure that things are performing to their maximum potential.

The Role:
This role is for the commercially focused, the quick thinkers and the customer obsessed. On a basic level, youâll be responsible for working with your park owners to maximise their commercial and strategic objectives. You will have direct account management responsibility for a portfolio of owners and will also have accountability for the smaller accounts within your region which will be âdesk-managedâ within the call centre operation.
What youâll be doing:
Youâll have regional responsibility for park owners and, first and foremost, youâll need to get to know them. How do they work? How are they performing? Where can we do better? Itâs key that you can build a strong relationship based on trust and honesty, so that you can provide an excellent service. You will be based in Lowestoft but youâll also need to be comfortable visiting owners in person (across the UK) to ensure that the guest experience is the best it can be, that our reviews are maintained (or improved!) and to make sure that standards across the park are high. It will be your role to make sure weâre doing everything we can to enhance the performance of your accounts, whether this is through making sure theyâre being presented in the right way, that weâre promoting them correctly or that weâre marketing them efficiently, which youâll do by working with a range of internal stakeholders. You will provide mentorship and guidance to the call centre agents representing parks within your region as ultimately you will have accountability for the performance of their accounts. Youâll be encouraged to use your creativity to get the best results, so this role presents that amazing mix of creativity and commerciality, where you will see how your ideas make a real difference to our metrics, which youâll demonstrate to the wider business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Youâll know exactly how your parks are performing, due to both anecdotal and numerical evidence.
Put simply, youâll be responsible for revenue, retention, growth and re-contracting of your portfolio of accounts.
