Job Title:Administrator (Sales Calls)

The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a company in Lowestoft for a Temporary Admin Assistant. This role will involve handling incoming sales calls, assisting customers with their enquiries, and booking services or appointments. You will play an important part in supporting a busy team and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Answer calls in a professional and friendly manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Book surveys/appointments and update records accordingly

Log enquiries and escalate when necessary

General administrative duties as required
Requirements

Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner

Previous customer service or admin experience preferred

Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems desirable)

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
