Residential Property Solicitor – LudlowThe Role:
A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy Ludlow office. This key role will support a growing caseload, working independently with the assistance of full-time support. The position is ideally full-time, though part-time applications are welcomed.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Delivering high-quality, client-focused legal advice
- Working independently with support from the wider property team
Your Requirements:
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Office-based at Church Stretton, with hybrid working available for experienced candidates
