Residential Property Solicitor – LudlowThe Role:

A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy Ludlow office. This key role will support a growing caseload, working independently with the assistance of full-time support.  The position is ideally full-time, though part-time applications are welcomed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Delivering high-quality, client-focused legal advice
  • Working independently with support from the wider property team

Your Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4–5 years’ PQE in residential property
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Office-based at Church Stretton, with hybrid working available for experienced candidates
