We are looking for a sensible, friendly and motivatedAdministrator to join Mark Wiggins happy and successful team in Ludlow. Along with a salary of up to £33,000 per annum, you will benefit from 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, exciting career development opportunities/training and a friendly, collaborative and positive work environment in offices in central Ludlow.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop a career within a growing and thriving business. Training will be provided for the right person in key aspects of the business including the preparation of brochures, undertaking viewings and liaising with clients.

The successful Administrator will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks. If you are a team player who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment, have excellent relationship-building skills with a keen sense of humour and plenty of common sense, wed love to hear from you.

As Administrator at Mark Wiggin Estate Agents, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing clients and scheduling appointments.
  • Handling incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to various aspects of the business, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Assisting with sales preparations, reports, and presentations. Youll need to be confident using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also relish learning new IT processes as required.
  • Liaising with and coordinating the work of the photographer.
  • Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and welcoming.
  • Performing general office duties as required including organising office supplies.
Were looking for an Administrator with:
  • Proven experience in an administrative and client facing role (experience in an Estate Agency would be helpful but is not essential).
  • Your own transport is essential as you will travel to undertake viewings (mileage is paid).
  • A great communicator with a friendly, positive and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Someone who enjoys contributing to a positive work culture, with a passion for both Administration and Sales.
You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30, with one remote Saturday morning in four (09:00-13:00).
