Loom Talent are recruiting a General Manager - Airside Operations for a client based in Bristol.
Our client are a global leader in Facilities and Logistics within the Airport sector. This is a permanent position leading 2 key contracts and offers excellent scope for further progression within the business.
In the role of General Manager - Airside Operations you will provide leadership and performance management across the operation. You will drive a culture of performance excellence whilst maintaining a great relationship with the customer and engagement of multiple departments including Facilities, Transport, planning, HR & Customer Service. You will ensure that the operation achieves business objectives in the following key areas:
- Operational leadership
- Engagement
- Processes & Procedures
- People Management
- Health & Safety
- Reporting
We are looking to speak with candidates that meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience of working within Logistics, facilities management or a similar operational environment - Essential
- Previous experience leading large teams across multiple departments - Essential
- Previous experience within Aviation and an understanding of Airside operations - Essential
- The ability to lead and drive a performance within a heavily KPI driven environment - Essential
- Previous experience of cost and budget control - Essential
- Commutable distance of Bristol - Essential
- Must pass a DBS check. And be able to provide 5 years reference information. - Essential
