£40,000 - £50,000 + Profit Share + One day WFH + 25 Days Holiday + Support with Training and Development.
Location: Luton (Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, St Albans, Watford)
Are you a Product Engineer with an electrical or electronics background looking to take ownership of development projects and grow into a senior role?

You'll lead projects from concept through to compliance and delivery, working closely with international partners and internal teams. There's flexibility for training, external qualifications, and an emphasis on promoting from within.
This role would suit a hands-on engineer with experience in product development and a good understanding of electrical/electronic products, looking for career growth in a stable and supportive environment.
The Role:
- End-to-End Product Development.
- Global Collaboration - liaise with international manufacturing partners.
- Progression & Training
The candidate:
- Engineering Background - Degree or equivalent in engineering with an electrical or electronics focus.
- Knowledge of electrical products and manufacturing processes.
- Problem Solver & Collaborator - Able to work independently, communicate with overseas teams, and translate ideas into practical product solutions.
