Our client, a busy independent workshop in Luton has the requirement for a Workshop Controller to join their established workshop team. Looking for someone to control the workflow, grow the business, improve Customer Experience with a view to progress as the business grows.

Workshop Controller Responsibilities
Â
As a Workshop Controller your responsibilities will include:
Â
Manage Workshop resources in an efficient manner
Allocation of work to Technicians
Ensure work is completed to required deadlines
Quality Check work carried out by Technicians
Monitor Staff & Workshop Performance
Ensure HSE polices are adhered to
Ensure Workshop is clean, tidy and fully operational

Essential Requirements:

12 months Workshop Controller Experience Â
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Franchised Dealer Experience
