Evolve are recruiting for a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Business Development Manager with a focus on in-licensing to drive portfolio growth across the UK and EU.

This is a full time, hybrid position based in Bedfordshire.

In this role, you’ll work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure successful onboarding and launch of new products, while also optimising existing portfolio value through lifecycle and cost management.

  • Must have worked in a similar In licencing BD capacity (min 3yrs ideally) within Generic pharma
  • Must have worked across Europe
  • Must be confident, in a fast-paced, ever changing business environment.
  • Excellent understanding of P&L & ROI analysis

  • You will be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to evaluate potential partners, product compatibility and market demand.
  • You will monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to uncover new opportunities.
  • You will identify, access, and negotiate in-licensing and portfolio development opportunities
