Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu and recipes.

- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking, and delivering food in a timely fashion.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef with a strong track record in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and various cooking methods.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Time management abilities.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in the LU area. This role is essential to our kitchen's daily operation, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Candidates must have the right to work full-time in the UK and should ideally be local to the area.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans from the kitchen.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitised.
- Assist the kitchen team with various tasks as needed, helping to prepare some basic food items.
