- Achieve sales and profit targets by fostering strong relationships and creating collaborative plans
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with strategic goals
- Design full-year trade plans that are accurately costed and within budget
- Collaborate with Trade Operations to develop and execute effective activation plans
- Conduct product range analysis and work closely with the Product Line team to ensure optimal ranging
- Partner with the Training team to create and deliver annual face-to-face and online training packages
- Lead and manage an annual programme of Quarterly Business Reviews to review performance and strategise for future success
- Ensure regular and precise forecasting by working closely with retail specialists and internal teams
- Shape and influence the retailer strategy on how our products are presented in store, online and within brochures.
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within a commercial, consumer goods company (domestic appliances or kitchen retailers)
- Experienced in managing Head Office stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, business analysis and numerical interpretation
- Able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Open, ambitious, and keen to grow by learning and development
- UK driving licence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field)
