Our client are a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals and ingredients, they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for an International Business Development Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Location: EMEA

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum D.O.E 30% bonus competitive holiday allowance competitive pension benefits

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of customers within pharmaceutical & personal care markets (manufacturing & testing)
  • Deliver on targets of volume, revenue, and profitability
  • Develop strategic account plans for major customers
  • Manages selected distributor networks within the territory
  • Offer product & technical support across a variety of manufacturers
  • Understand chemical formulations and specialties

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in selling to large Pharma/Nutraceuticals/Medical Device/Personal Care
  • Previous International sales experience
  • Full passport with a minimum of 6 Months left
  • Full driving license
  • Experience managing technical and complex product sales
