Do you have Credit Control experience and are looking for a new challenge in a business that values continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development?
This is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership and play a key role in improving cash flow, resolving queries, and building strong client relationships, all within a supportive, values-driven finance team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the full credit cycle of your own accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Managing and escalating overdue debts
- Resolving disputes and ensuring timely payments
- Ensuring compliance with policies and month-end processes
- New account setup, including credit checks and applications
- Reviewing and advising on bad debts
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in credit control
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving ability
- Highly organised, self-starting, and able to manage workload independently
- Resilient and proactive in approach
- Strong communication skills - in person, on the phone, and via email
