Position: Clinical Teaching Assistant - Psychology or Criminology Graduate
Location: Luton
Salary: £460 - £500 per week

What You'll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 and group support to children and young adults with SEMH challenges
- Help implement tailored interventions focused on emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster a safe and supportive environment
- Use your psychology and criminology knowledge to inform your approach to student needs
- Track and monitor student progress, recording key developments
- Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and achievement
Who We're Looking For:
- Persons with a degree in Psychology or Criminology, or a related field
- Passionate individuals eager to support children and young adults with SEMH needs
- Excellent communicators who can work independently and collaboratively
- Compassionate, resilient, and proactive professionals
- Previous experience in SEN or SEMH settings is a plus but not essential
- Ability to commute to Luton
