An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a welcoming and community-focused single-form entry primary school in Luton. The school is committed to providing a nurturing environment where both staff and pupils thrive. The Headteacher is looking to appoint a talented educator who can inspire, motivate, and bring out the best in their pupils. This is a temporary position starting in September 2025, for the whole academic year, with interviews being arranged promptly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing effective feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
