Tradewind is currently working with a friendly and inclusive mainstream school in Luton, seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or anyone considering a future in education.
You will work primarily with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to access learning in a supportive, inclusive environment. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided on the job.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A degree in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science) or an education-related field

A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

An interest in supporting children with additional needs, particularly ASD
