We're working in partnership with a variety of primary, middle, and secondary schools across Luton, all seeking committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils from September 2025.

Your Role

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils in mainstream or SEND classrooms

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

  • Help children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and speech or learning challenges

  • Foster a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment

  • Build valuable experience and develop practical classroom skills

What You Bring

  • A degree in any subject and a passion for education

  • Some experience working with children or young people (formally or informally)

  • A calm, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to learning on the job

  • Confidence to engage pupils and support their development

  • SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential
