Assistant Technical Coordinator

Assistant Technical Coordinator wanted to join this exciting new developer who have a number of new projectsin the pipeline and are set for huge growth over the coming years. You will work closely with the senior team in delivering residential projects across the South East with particular focus in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire areas.

As anAssistant Technical Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating, managing and reviewing the development of key information, technical layouts and working drawing packages to enable any given residential development to be built as intended. As well as working with the wider teams to ensure designs are understood, cost effective and accurately implemented.

Experience & Skills required:

  • Proven experience of a similar role within Residential Development
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD/REVIT
  • Assess development layouts and associated drawings to ensure accuracy as well as opportunities and risks.
  • Co-ordinate information and liaise with architects, structural engineers and landscape architects, ensuring consistency between various designs.
  • An organised and prioritised working discipline, dealing and managing tasks effectively and sequentially.
  • Hold full UK Driving Licence
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good team working skills
