Key responsibilities of Assistant Manager:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Assist with staff scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control.
- Maintain a high level of communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Ensure the restaurant is always well-prepared, clean, and presentable for service.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
