Your new roleMy client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the chief executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is available for an immediate start.
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the coordination of board meetings and other key organisational events.
- Perform general office duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with efficiency.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in the arts, culture, or non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
