Your new roleMy client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the chief executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is available for an immediate start.

  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support the coordination of board meetings and other key organisational events.
  • Perform general office duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with efficiency.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in the arts, culture, or non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
