Our client is seeking several Manufacturing Operatives to join a friendly and established team.
Candidates should be motivated and eager to learn new skills for career progression, requiring no specific prior experience.
Duties include adding materials into machinery, ensuring machinery runs smoothly, and reporting errors to the technical team.
The position offers rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, with pay rates starting at £12.25 per hour, increasing to £13.62 after 12 weeks.
Overtime is available, with rates of £18.38 for hours over 40 during the week and £24.50 for weekend hours.

Duties:

Adding materials into machinery to customer requirements
Ensuring that all machinery is running and noting any errors totechnical team

Shifts & Pay:

Monday to Friday weekly rotating shift patterns of 06:00am -14:15pm & 14:00pm - 22:15pm• Optional overtime available both during the week and at weekends

PAY RATES• £12.25 for the first 40 hours worked Monday - Friday increasingto £13.62 per hour after 12 weeks continuous service• £18.38 per hour for any hours completed 40+ Monday to Friday• £24.50 per hour for all hours completed on Saturdays andSundays
