They place the community at the heart of their business and are excited to welcome a Treasury Analyst to their team for an initial 3 Month period that is likely to be extended. Alongside putting their tenants and communities at the forefront of their business, they understand the need for colleague satisfaction and make sure they invest in their workforce to get the best out of them.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting finance function from a treasury perspective
- Charging of securities
- Cash Flow
- Forecasting
- Lender Compliance
Requirements:
- Experience working in treasury roles at a junior / mid level
- Ability to work and liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Strong excel skills and IT literate
