A rapidly growing business in Luton is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team as they have tripled their turnover in the last two years.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of financial experience and will be responsible for managing two accounts assistants while reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Key responsibilities include preparing month-end management accounts, managing banking and treasury functions, and supporting the FD with scale-up growth projects.
The role offers a competitive salary along with a bonus scheme based on company performance, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and private healthcare.
Candidates should have strong project management skills and preferably hold an AAT or Bachelor's degree in finance, with experience in automation being desirable.

A rapidly growing business in Luton who has tripled their turnover in the last 2 years is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Luton.

Due to our continued expansion, we have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis. Working alongside the Operations and Finance Directors, you will ideally have relevant finance experience and will have line management responsibility.

We are looking for an experience Management Accountant / Finance Manager to support and realise the exponential growth that the Leadership team envisage. This role will manage two accounts assistants and report directly to the FD.

The role is varied and very fast-paced. Your duties would include, and not limited to:

Month-end Management Accounts preparation
Monthly Management Accounts Pack (P&L & Balance sheet)
FD, Ops & SLT Reviews
Intercompany Sales and Recharges within the Group
Banking and Treasury
Weekly Payment Run
Line Managing & Supporting the teams' development
Bookkeeping for Investment Companies
Annual Budget preparation with the support of the FD
Improving data and processes in financial systems
Daily & Weekly Occupancy reporting
Managing and overseeing Onboarding, Standing Orders, Bank Statements
Improving processes collaboratively with SLT
Supporting the FD with Scale-up Growth project

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years of financial experience
Looking for a solo self-sufficient Management Accountant with Line Manager responsibilities
Proven success in a Financial setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Managerial Line Manager or Team leader experience is desirable
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven finance mind with an eye for creativity and efficiency
Experience with automation - desirable
Monday.com experience - desirable
AAT or Bachelor’s degree or QBE finance - preferred
