A fantastic exclusive opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Manager to join our rapidly expanding property services company in the building and construction sector based in Luton.

The Company: Our client is experiencing substantial growth and requires a driven Finance Manager/ Management Accountant to support their ambitious expansion plans. Working directly with the Finance Director, you'll play a crucial role in the company's continued success.

The Role:

  • Full month end management accounting with P&l and Blance Sheet
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate financial performance reviews with executive leadership
  • Administer cross-divisional financial transactions and allocations
  • Supervise cash management and expenditure control processes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a small finance team
  • Maintain financial records for subsidiary investment properties
  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and forecasting
  • Enhance financial data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
  • Generate occupancy and utilisation analytics
  • Support strategic growth initiatives alongside the senior team

The Successful Candidate:

  • Relevant financial qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT) or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 4 years' financial expertise in a relevant environment
  • Autonomous professional with demonstrable technical accounting skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with aptitude for process optimisation
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives (advantageous)
