Responsibilities
- Manage procurement lifecycle for new and renewed concession agreements.
- Support the development of sourcing strategies to attract strong commercial partners.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders for retail, F&B, parking and surface transportation.
- Assist in drafting agreements including fixed rent, revenue share and service KPIs.
- Work closely with the commercial, finance and property teams on planning and delivery.
- Track commercial performance, contract terms and market benchmarks.
- Maintain and update concession contract registers and renewal schedules.
- Monitor service quality and passenger feedback across concession areas.
- Provide spend and revenue analysis to support commercial planning.
- Support market engagement and analysis of customer and retail trends.
Profile
- Experience in commercial, property or concession procurement.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue-generating agreements.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, with a customer and service focus.
- Able to engage with internal teams and external concession partners effectively.
- MCIPS or working towards it is preferred.
