We are recruiting a Curriculum Leader for Maths to join an inclusive, forward-thinking 11-16 secondary school in Luton. The ideal candidate will bring subject leadership experience or be a strong classroom teacher ready to step into middle leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Maths curriculum across KS3 and KS4
Ensure consistency in teaching and learning across the department
Oversee planning, assessment, and progress tracking
Support the development of new strategies to raise attainment
