A welcoming and well-established nursery in Luton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about supporting young children's development in a caring and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery in accordance with the EYFS framework

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities to support children's development

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children

Observe, assess, and record children's progress, working closely with the team and parents

Promote positive behaviour and help children build social and communication skills

Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety throughout the setting

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children

A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
