Catering Recruitment Resourcer

Our thriving Catering Division is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Luton. Youll work side-by-side with our Catering Division Manager, helping source and place top-tier talent in both temporary and permanent roles across the hospitality sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates for a wide range of catering and hospitality roles
  • Conducting candidate registrations and verifying right-to-work documentation
  • Ensuring full compliance with legal and company policies
  • Assisting with payroll processes, including chasing timesheets
  • Keeping candidate records up to date using Excel and internal systems
  • Managing inboxes and supporting the team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Great attention to detail and a knack for staying organised
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, email, and the phone
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not essential
  • A positive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
