  • Safeguard and promote the welfare and well-being of all children and young people.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the care team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Assist in staff supervision, rotas, and performance management.
  • Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and regular reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, local authorities, and other professionals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and records are maintained in line with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the Registered Manager in achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings.

  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children & Young People (required) and willingness to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted compliance.
  • Experience supporting children and young people with EBD and complex needs.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality, child-centred care and helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
