About the Role:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with mobility and daily activities
- Monitoring and recording observations
- Supporting service users with meals and hydration
- Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centred values at all times
- Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months' experience in a care or support role
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work various shifts (desirable)
- Relevant training or certificates (advantageous but not essential)
- Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence.
