School Nurse

Opportunity available for a School Nurse to work for Service Care Solutions within the Cambridgeshire Community Service , Based in Luton.

The team sits within The Poynt which is situated in Luton with the role predominately supporting children and young people both in schools and other settings such as their home or local health centers. You will use your clinical judgement and public health expertise to identify health needs early, determining risk and protective factors and providing early intervention to prevent issues escalating. As part of this role, you will also be able to give immunisations, vaccinations, carry out screenings as well as treating student injuries or illnesses and advise students, their parents or guardians, and staff on health issues.

This role is commence asap with shifts for this role being Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00

The hourly rate for this role is: �26.00 Per Hour

It is essential that you have the following:

Driving license with access to a vehicle
Smartcard
SCHPN Registration
