Specialist Teaching Assistant
Contract Term: Full-Time
Location: Luton
Salary: 26,703.00 - 28,142.00 Annually (FTE)
Start Date: ASAP
Main Duties and Responsibilities of a Specialist Teaching Assistant:
- Assist teachers with all aspects of their work within the provision
- Contribute to the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of pupils
- Support individual pupils or small groups both within the unit and, if needed, across other areas of the Alternative Provision Academy
- Supervise and support pupils during breakfast, break, and lunch times
- Administer medication as required (training will be provided)
