- Providing day-to-day employment law advice (both contentious and non-contentious)
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal matters, including advocacy
- Advising on TUPE, redundancy processes, business reorganisations, and employment terminations
- Assisting with the employment aspects of corporate transactions (due diligence, warranties/indemnities, etc.)
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
- Leading on business development initiatives including articles, webinars, and networking events
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Ideally, exposure to corporate support/transactional employment work
- Commercial acumen and ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets
- Excellent communication, drafting and client relationship skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to progress
