Purpose of role

Working closely with Sales and Service to manage the administration processes relating to orders and stock, ensuring a smooth operation of the company’s sales and logistics processes

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the stock room and its contents.
  • Ensure goods In and goods out are recorded correctly and that stock levels are correctly maintain. Assist with engineer’s stock movements.
  • Ensure MRP are accurate and stock is regularly ordered if needed
  • Assist with a view to being responsible for, regular stock checks including main stock and stock held by engineers.1-2 per year
  • Be responsible for the loan database, organize loans for customers and their return.
  • Cover other admin responsibilities when required – this may include Processing Customer Quotes, Posting vendor invoices, Booking in goods requiring repair, invoicing customers for repairs and returning customer instruments
