We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead to join a well established organisation in Luton, with a passion for helping people - and we’re now looking for a marketing expert who can help them tell that story.
This role is working underneath a fantastic Director of the business, who is keen to recruit someone with ideas, confidence and natural passion for everything marketing!
What you’ll do:
This role sits at the heart of the business—guiding both big-picture strategy and day-to-day content creation. You’ll:

Own and evolve the organisation’s Marketing & Communications Strategy across digital and traditional channels.

Manage and elevate the brand—ensuring it remains consistent, modern, and meaningful.

Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content including brochures, social media, video, signage, and presentations.

Develop and manage the website to showcase services, values, impact and outcomes.

Support subject matter experts across the business with strong, aligned copy and presentation content.

Represent the organisation externally at key sector events, becoming a confident ambassador and storyteller.

Craft powerful proposals that win work.

Work with internal teams to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business development.

Use data, insight, and trends to guide decisions and demonstrate ROI.

Support related businesses and charity partners with pro-bono or cross-functional marketing support.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equal parts creative and commercial. Ideally, you bring:

Experience leading marketing and communications in a fast paced business

A portfolio of standout campaigns across digital, social, and print.

A sharp eye for design, detail, and storytelling across media.

Experienced using various marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing, CMS, analytics).

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and still deliver gold-standard output.
