Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager
Based at their Engineering & Manufacturing UK HQ near Luton, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Product Strategy & Roadmaps: Lead the development and execution of NPI/NPD roadmaps aligned with global business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects to bring new physical products to market.
- Financial Oversight: Support P&L management through margin analysis, cost control, and business case development.
- Team Leadership: Mentor Product Managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Deliver insights that shape product direction and commercial strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Engineering or Business Management
- Proven experience managing physical engineered or manufactured products
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with NPD, SIOP, and Engineering Change processes
