Were looking for a qualified Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to join a busy and well-structured pharmacy. You'll be responsible for final accuracy checking and supporting dispensing processes in line with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Final accuracy checking of prescriptions in line with SOPs.
  • Support the responsible pharmacist with technical dispensing tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, Medicines Act, and GDP.
  • Maintain quality, health & safety, and COSHH standards.
  • Assist with stock management and audits.
  • Investigate pharmacy incidents and support improvements.
  • Support team training and development.
  • Prepare wholesale orders to MHRA standards.
  • Carry out duties as requested by pharmacy leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services.
  • GPhC registered.
  • Accredited ACT qualification.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work to deadlines and support team performance.
  • Strong communication and accountability.
