Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering company, located inLuton, Bedfordshire. Due to continuedgrowth, they are now looking for a Quality Inspectorto join the team on afull-time, permanentbasis.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:Our clientis a leading provider of precision machined components located in Luton, in the heart of Bedfordshire.They have been proud to offer exceptional subcontract machining services to a diverse range of industries, including Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and more.

PAY:17 - 19per hour (Depending on experience)

WORKING HOURS:Monday to Thursday (6am until 4pm) - NO FRIDAYS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visual and shop floor patrol inspection.
First off and final inspection.
Issuing FAIR reports.
Running parts through the CMM.
Conducting checks on equipment, including gauges, micrometers, and verniers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings.
A committed and driven approach to work.
To have a hardworking approach towards daily requirements.
To be able to work unsupervised.
To be positive and self-motivated.
