Sonic Summary

The inspection job role involves conducting visual inspections, shop floor patrol inspections, and first-off inspections.
Final inspections will include FAIR reporting as needed, and candidates should be able to perform deburring and run parts through a CMM, with programming experience being a plus.
Applicants should possess the ability to read and understand technical drawings and control checking equipment such as gauges and micrometers.
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour shifts from 6 am to 4 pm.
Salary is to be confirmed based on experience, and the position includes a company pension scheme.

Inspection job role includes:

Visual inspection

Shop floor patrol inspection

1st off inspection

Final inspection including FAIR reporting as and when required

Deburring

Running parts through CMM – (CMM programming is an advantage)

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Control of checking equipment – gauges, MIC’s etc

Monday – Thursday

10 hours per shift – 6am – 4pm

Salary -TBC depending on experience
