Our client is currently seeking a QS to manage financial aspects of data centre projects, ensuring cost efficiency, contract compliance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Contract Administration: Handle variations, settlements, and dispute resolution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Procurement: Manage subcontract agreements and material purchases.
  • Client Relations: Provide project updates and attend meetings.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain financial records and cost analysis.
  • Software & Tools: Use cost management systems, Construction ERP, and Microsoft Office.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum three years experience in quantity surveying or a related role.
  • Preferably degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Strong contract management, procurement, and financial analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel as required
