Due to the recent award of 2 schemes within their Highways division, our client, an award winning Contractor are looking to secure the services of a QS/Senior QS to oversee these works which include Road Construction, Paving, Surfacing and Landscaping works with the projects being valued at £3m and £1.5m.
Daily duties will include procurement of sub contractors, managing sub contractor accounts, issuing payments and variations.
To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have Highways/Roads experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.
In return an immediate start is on offer along with a solid day rate which is Inside IR35. The contract will run until early 2026 and potentially beyond so offers good security.
