£29,000 – £30,000 basic (DOE – negotiable for the right candidate)
£8,000 bonus potential
Full-Time | Permanent
Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
The Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy car dealership in Luton, looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team.
You’ll play a key role as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection.
This role offers strong earning potential, a supportive environment, and flexibility on salary for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet service customers in a professional dealership environment
- Manage service bookings, job cards, and workshop scheduling
- Upsell service plans, repairs, and additional products
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress, costs, and authorisations
- Ensure a smooth and professional handover on completion of work
- Deliver outstanding customer service to drive loyalty and retention
Your Background & Skills
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership or motor trade environment
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to upsell products and work to targets
- Good organisational and IT skills (DMS experience advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
