- Lead the configuration, optimisation, and integration of OmniLedger (Pyramid) and True Context systems across the organisation.
- Engage with departments to identify operational challenges and implement system solutions that drive efficiency and service improvement.
- Provide expert support, training, and guidance to colleagues, ensuring effective system adoption and confident usage.
- Act as the main liaison with OmniLedger developers and external stakeholders, managing projects and ensuring business needs are met.
- Proven expertise in OmniLedger (Pyramid), including configuration of all modules and integration with True Context.
- Strong ability to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in training and supporting non-technical users.
- Solid understanding of supported housing legislation, regulatory standards, and housing benefit processes.
