Rate:23 P/H LTD Umbrella (20.33 PAYE INC)

About the Role:

  • Supporting service users through their treatment journey, from entry into the service to post-treatment support
  • Providing screening, assessments, and psychosocial interventions
  • Identifying and addressing potential safeguarding issues effectively
  • Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement in treatment processes
  • Advocating for access to partnership services and integrating care planning
  • Working with service users towards positive health and wellbeing outcomes, fostering resilience and risk reduction

About You:
  • Experience in working with young people and understanding their challenges
  • Familiarity with safeguarding concerns in children and young people, including the Fraser Competence framework
  • Strong knowledge of drug and alcohol issues and experience in related fields
  • Ability to apply evidence-based practices in substance misuse treatment for young people
  • Proficient in communication, both verbal and written
  • High personal IT competency
  • Skilled in accurate record-keeping and meeting deadlines for information submission
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
