Fabricator/Welder – Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Luton 

Our client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong mechanical background and proficiency in MIG and MMA welding to contribute to high-quality, bespoke metalwork projects.

• Fabricate and assemble metal components in line with technical drawings and specifications

• Carry out MIG and MMA welding to a high standard

• Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery to cut, shape, and finish materials

• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet internal and customer standards

• Maintain a safe, organised work environment and comply with all health and safety guidelines

• Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and product quality

• Use basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculations

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding

• Solid mechanical understanding and ability to interpret engineering drawings

• Skilled in using welding equipment, hand tools, and workshop machinery

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• CSCS trade card required
