Description
- Develop and implement innovative logistics solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.
- Analyse existing logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed project plans and proposals for client approval.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of logistics tenders to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business services and logistics.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.
Profile
A successful Solutions Design Manager should have:
- A strong background in logistics solutions design within the 3PL sector.
- Proven skills in developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Sketchup, CLASS or similar modelling tools
- Experience using transport and network modelling tools is advantageous
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Offer
