We are seeking a Multi trade operative for a permanent position in Lutterworth with a well-established social housing contractor.
The role involves repairs in the voids team, including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and painting & decorating.
Candidates must hold a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing and have relevant experience in social housing.
The position offers a salary between £33,000 and £34,000, along with a company van, fuel card, and various benefits.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, and overtime opportunities are available.

We are currently looking for a Multi trade operative in the Lutterworth area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be carrying out repairs on the voids team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Maintenance works in void properties

We are looking for a Multi trade operative who:

Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
Has relevant experience within social housing
Holds a full UK driving licence
Has their own tools

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

33,000 to 34,000 base salary
Company van & fuel card
8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Permanent employment
