We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent position with a reputable social housing contractor in the Lutterworth area.
The role involves carrying out repairs in the voids team, including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and painting & decorating.
Candidates must have relevant experience in social housing, hold a qualification in either carpentry or plumbing, possess a full UK driving licence, and have their own tools.
The salary for this position ranges from £33,000 to £34,000, with additional benefits including a company van, fuel card, pension scheme, and overtime opportunities.
Working hours are from 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, offering a stable and rewarding employment opportunity.

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Lutterworth area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be carrying out repairs on the voids team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will complete:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Maintenance works in void properties

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:

Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
Has relevant experience within social housing
Holds a full UK driving licence
Has their own tools

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

33,000 to 34,000 base salary
Company van & fuel card
8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Permanent employment
Pension scheme
Various other benefits
