Key responsibilities of the position will be to design and deliver the teaching and learning at KS3 within the school in accordance with the aims of the School and in pursuit of high standards of pupil achievement. You will also assist in the managing and developing of a given class and/or a group of pupils, contribute to an appropriate environment for pupil learning and ensure high levels of engagement with staff, pupils, parents and the wider learning communities.Woodfield School, part of Henry David Learning Trust, is an innovative and exciting independent special school, supporting children and young people with Autism and associated speech & language, social communication and behavioural difficulties, aged 7 to 19.
