Job Role: Engineering Technician
Contract: Permanent
Location: Leicester
We are currently recruiting for an Engineer Technician to join our client in Leicester. They are a manufacturing company specialising in precision toolmaking for injection moulding.
We are looking for a hardworking candidate, ideally with previous experience working within a steel or aluminium manufacturing environment, using CNC machines.

We are also open to speaking with more senior candidates who may already have toolmaking or injection moulding experience.
Salary is dependable on experience.
Job responsibilities of an Engineering Technician:
- Manufacture, assemble & maintain high-precision mould tools
- Work with CAD/CAM, EDM & machining techniques
- Ensure tools meet exact specifications & quality standards
An ideal candidate for the Engineering Technician would have:
- Has proven experience in a manufacturing environment (injection moulding, Toolmaking, Aluminium and Steel manufacturing  is desirable)
- Brings a can-do attitude & problem-solving mindset
- Takes pride in their work & works well in a team
- Strives for continuous improvement every day
