About the Role:
We're currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Fabricator/Welder to join a well-established engineering company based in the Caithness area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a reputable business known for delivering high-quality work, offering long-term stability, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fabrication and welding duties as directed by workshop supervision

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

  • Produce high-quality work within given deadlines

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

  • Conduct pre-use checks on tools and machinery, reporting any faults

  • Ensure all work complies with company Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience using a range of fabrication and welding equipment

  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Good understanding of relevant welding codes and fabrication practices

  • Experience with GMAW (MIG/MAG) welding processes preferred

  • Proactive, safety-conscious, and quality-focused attitude
